Below are some common download instructions:

All files are sent using a PDF format. Most computers come with Adobe Reader already installed on them; however, if your PC, laptop or mobile device does not have any kind of PDF reader, you will need one to view your items. Adobe Reader is the most common one and it's free!

If you can't find the file after downloading it, try looking in Downloads under My Computer, or you can search the title of the file on your computer to find where it could be hiding.

Some products are sent as a compressed ZIP file.

Here's how to unzip a ZIP file:

On a laptop or PC- save the ZIP file to your computer, right-click and select, "Extract All." This will create a new file on your computer that you can open. Then, add the file to iCloud or Dropbox to get the files on your mobile device. In unusual cases, apps on your browser may cause difficulty during downloading. In this scenario, please try using a different browser.

On a Mac- download and install the free app, The Unarchiver on your Mac. This will help you unzip files. Once you have installed the app, right-click on the zipped folder and click, "open with" and select The Unarchiver. Then click extract. This will place your unzipped file in the same place as your original zipped file.

On a mobile device- before you download the ZIP file directly to your mobile device, you may need a free app to unzip the file (a good, free one is FileExplorer Free). This allows you to unzip the folder to access it. Another option available on some mobile devices is to long hold the zipped file icon and then click, "Extract."
